An easy and cheap way to make coloured rice for messy play.
Step 1: Find a mixing bowl and spoon:
Step 2: Get a 2kg bag of rice:
Step 2: Buy some hand sanitizer, the hand sanitiser :
Step 3: Buy some Wilton Neon food colouring from Amazon:
Step 4: Mix about 4 squirts of hand sanitiser and 4 or 5 drops of food colouring into the mixing bowl and mix together until one solid colour.
Step 5: Add a handful of rice:
Step 6: Mix with colour solution:
Step 7: Add some more rice:
Step 8: Mix in the extra rice:
